Everyday productivity

Use more than one AI model for better results

You will have run one real task through two assistants and learned which one to use for which job.

Before you start

  • Access to two different assistants
  • A real task, such as a short report or an email

Why use two

Each assistant has its own habits and gaps. A second one often spots what the first missed, the same way a colleague reads your draft with fresh eyes.

Step 1: Draft with the first

Give your task and facts to the first assistant and get a draft. Read it and note what you like and what worries you.

Step 2: Review with the second

Prompt you can copy

Review the draft below as a careful editor. List factual claims that look doubtful, anything unclear, anything missing and anything that is too long. Do not rewrite it yet. My facts: [paste facts] Draft: [paste draft]

Check the issues it raises yourself. A second assistant can be wrong too, so treat its comments as prompts to check, not as fixes to accept.

Step 3: Compare and decide

  • Write down where the two disagreed.
  • Settle each disagreement with a real source.
  • Note which assistant was better at which part, such as drafting or checking.

Mind your data

Each assistant keeps your input under its own terms. Share only what you are comfortable sharing with both.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Trusting the reviewer more than the drafter without checking
  • Pasting private data into both tools
  • Asking both to rewrite, which gives you two different drafts
  • Not writing down what you learned

Final checklist

  • I drafted with one assistant
  • I reviewed with another
  • I checked the disagreements myself
  • I noted which was better at which job
